Recruiterbox just became prettier; and a whole lot more intuitive. It now has an awesome dashboard to what’s happening in your recruiting setup. Here’s what it looks like …
On the left, you have quick access to all common tasks. Then you see the openings you are working on (along with links). Next column shows the new candidates added to the system. And finally, you will see the state of your recruiting funnel.
You can now find what’s new in the system, what you need to pay attention to and how to go about it - all in one place. We hope you love this addition as much as we do !
This is a super cool feature, and we’re quite excited about it !
When you create an opening, it is automatically assigned a unique job code. 
Here’s the beautiful part. Any candidate that is sent with this job-code in the email subject will get automatically assigned to this opening.
Thus, a company can ask its staffing vendors to include job codes in the email subject when they send candidate resumes. Recruiterbox will automatically ensure that candidates get assigned to the right opening. This is also useful when you post requirements on job-boards and want to collect all responses to a particular opening in recruiterbox.

We further simplified the way to create an opening. Clicking the “create opening” button shows this dialog …
As seen in the pic, you can enter a name for the opening and choose one of the 2 alternatives.
Clicking the “create” button simply creates the opening - very useful when you want to get quickly started and begin assigning candidates to the opening. Alternately, clicking the “create & add details” button takes you to the familiar page where you can add stuff like dates, documents, assigned users etc.
Its now even faster to get started with a new opening - just the way you want !
When new candidates are added to recruiterbox, it often useful to know how they landed there. Until now, the way to do that was to click on the candidate and look for the source information in the timeline. In order to simplify this further, we have added a powerful feature.
Just right-clicking on the candidate now will show a small card, which contains all the information you need. In case the candidate was added via email, you will see information regarding the date, subject and sender of the email. If the candidate was uploaded, you will see by whom.
This makes it super easy to place new candidates as soon they get added to recruiterbox. Yet another reason that makes recruiterbox such a joy to use.
